We had an issue with a pair of glasses we had ordered last May - the frame broke. Gunnar customer service was great - very courteous, and the glasses were promptly replaced. The new glasses arrived faster than expected. The frame material has been upgraded so this shouldn't happen again. Overall extremely satisfied with the product and Gunnar's service.

I had a great experience online shopping with GUNNAR Optiks. Website is user friendly. The best part is having the ability to "try on" the products using the virtual try on feature. That feature helped me decide which frames looked nice on my face. I don't wear prescription glasses, I needed a pair of computer glasses, so I have no idea what frames or colors work nice for my face and skin. Great website and I love the virtual try on feature!
