They honestly help reduce headaches when exposed to excess technology. I was hesitant to try them since I thought they wouldn't be that effective but they've been perfect. It also helps with migraines if you don't want to get one or if you have one but need to look at a screen.

I have recently bought the Intercept model with reactive lenses. Packaging is great, and the actual build of the glasses is quite sturdy. A little on the heavy side since I'm already accustomed to really light frames from Oakley. The blue light blocking properties of the lenses are exceptional and help a lot on long working nights. My only complaint is that the lenses are easily scratched, even when cleaning them with the appropriate microfiber cloth provided.

This is the second time I've gone to GUNNAR for computer/gaming glasses, and they arrived again earlier than expected! Very surprising with the shipping problems caused by Covid-19. They were packaged very well, so even the box the glasses were in was in great condition.
