Mixed results
My first pair of glasses I got the Trooper frame with the amber lenses two years ago. I have been very happy with those glasses. I decided to get some clear lenses, so I chose the PPK frame with clear lenses. I am considerably less happy with these glasses. They get reflective glare spots from every light source and do not hug my face very well. Every time I look down they fall off my face. So I have mixed emotions about Gunnar right now. I was really hoping these glasses would be as good as my last pair.

Size issue
I’m a bit disappointed in the size. Though it said wide frame with a larger width for the temple to give more of a variety to sizes, I have a quite a large head it feels pretty tight on me, it’s been giving me a slight headache. I would have trouble recommending this to those with a larger head size.

Shaedogs: Some good, some bad, some ugly.
Picked up a pair of shaedogs. Good: Decent-looking glasses and they work as advertised - screen is much less harsh, and after wearing them for a while you will find it hard to look at screens without them. They are also lightly magnified, which is something they don't tell you, but this works in your favour for the most part. They are also not super comfortable, but have a small/light enough profile that it is not really an issue. Bad: Arms on my pair were uneven and needed careful and forceful adjusting, which is not great. Gunnar also still needs to figure out a less-reflective lens that addresses the glare problem - these lenses are pretty sensitive to additional sources of light, which causes distracting reflections in the wearer's vision. Your brain can "edit" out these glares and get used to them, but it has the effect of being tiring over time, which is counter-productive to the core of what these glasses are attempting to do. Overall, I'm glad I got them, I just wish their lens technology and build quality were better.

Glasses are great
Glasses are great, the lenses are incredible, 35 tint are hardly noticeable. I did ask them to sign a pdf form for reimbursement from my employer but they stated that an itemized receipt was sufficient, hence the 3 stars.

Bad customer support
I received the wrong prescription for my glasses and so far the support experience has been really poor. I tried email the prescription department and haven't heard back in over a week. The general support team has provided no support beyond redirecting me to the Rx team. (comments based on reply -- The support team did respond on June 2nd, but the prescription department did not. All the support team said was to submit a claim to the prescription department. In a separate response on June 3rd, the support team responded again. This time they said to contact the prescription department, but I have yet to hear from the prescription department.)
