I was supposed to receive my product 3…
I was supposed to receive my product 3 days ago. There is no indication on when it will arrive. I realize that this is on shipping, not Gunnar. Nonetheless, not having the product in hand is disappointing.

I purchased my glasses last week…
I purchased my glasses last week Thursday yet still have not shipped i got my tracking but yet no movement what so ever , i called in spoke to customer service was great very polite nice and he said he would look into it hope to get then asap before friday if , not i will request a refund

Slow ship
I paid for 2-3days fast shipping and now is day 5 you guys still not ship my stuff.

I have not received my order
I have not received my order. So, if you are asking for my opinion on the order already, I would have to say poor. Lacking essence. Ephemeral. Maybe we should ask customers for their opinions after they have received the product. Editing my review that was originally posted on Feb 21, 2021. It is now 3/7/2021 and I have not received my order nor heard from anyone at Gunnar. It is starting to seem like I will not be getting the product I purchased and have little confidence I will be able to get a refund.

Ordered a week a ago and still haven’t…
Ordered a week a ago and still haven’t gotten a shipping update. Might change my review if glasses ever arrive. But I blame the USPS and not Gunnar.

Order Never Received
I still have not received my order. For some reason my glasses never shipped. I spoke with customer service who stated they would send the glasses via 2-day shipping but they never provided me with a tracking number and I never received the glasses. I contacted customer support again and they didn't even bother to respond.

Very Disappointed-Twice
Received first pair of glasses & they were crooked & couldn’t easily be fixed. It took 2 emails and 2 calls to customer service and after a week they ent me a new pair. The second pair was equally as crooked. I have again called customer service & emailed and no one has gotten back to me. When you call customer service, I have only gotten voicemail.I am very disappointed with the experience and lack of service at Gunnar.
