The vault 33 glasses are great and love the hard case and color.BUT.... I Don?don't like the printing on the cleaning cloth and soft carry case bag. I use the microfiber cleaning cloth and microfiber bag to clean my lens. And to me it appears that all that printing may possibly damage the lens over time.This may be a unfounded worry on my part but still a worry.

Introductory coupon not valid for my purchase. Bummer. My wife and I have several sets of your glasses that I purchased through Best Buy. Decided to pick up the Fallout set through the website and after signing up and getting the 15% off coupon it wasn't eligible at checkout.

There was no place for me to imput a discount code before checkout.

Support was spectacular, but the only reason I had to contact them was because of issues I had with my order. Originally I accidently ordered the wrong skew of one of your glasses, but had already submitted payment for it, resulting in me having to fully cancel the order and issuing a refund. After that I ordered the correct skew, and was happy to see this order looked perfect, only to then get an email telling me my address was flagged and the item would not be shipped until I confirmed its destination. An email I received 2 days after I had ordered that my glasses weren't coming until the issue was resolved. Once I noticed the email, then I had to wait till Monday for a response from the team finally getting my order to shipping. Needless to say I was not happy with the amount of time, and added delay this entire process has involved me getting my glasses. Despite that when I was in direct contact with support staff everyone was respectful and quick with their responses. Especially the employee that handled my refund with my original order. I just wish that I had options to avoid some of the pitfalls I ended up in.

I liked everything; the glasses, the process, the websites. What I didn't like (and this is why there are only 3 stars) is the fact that it took a MONTH from the time I submitted my order until the day that my glasses were shipped, and there was absolutely NO NOTICE that it would take that long! It was probably somewhere in the VOLUMES of notices that flashed before my eyes, but it certainly wasn't obvious. If you had done a better job with that, I would give you 5 stars.

I got prescription maverick sunglasses. The fit finish and prescription are great. However the build out and shipping took much longer than advertised.
