I put in all my info correctly and I figured for my pupillary distance if it fit in the glasses I would not have an issue. The problem I am having isn't the lenses those are great but the arms have next to no give to them. I figured for a pair of glasses that I am paying premium pricing for would have arms with more give. As it stands I can't wear these glasses without giving myself headaches and dents in the side of my head. Is there any remedy we can come up with to change out the arms and make these usable for me?

Hi Jonathan, We are sorry you are experiencing this! Sometimes, eyeglasses might need adjustments. You can easily do this yourself by following these simple instructions. Our frames are quite flexible, so a little bending won't harm them. If one arm feels too tight, try loosening the screw for a more comfortable fit. For slightly crooked frames, submerge your glasses in warm water for 30-60 seconds. Gently apply downward pressure to the temples to achieve a better fit behind the ears. I needed to buy a second pair (1st bought in AMZ because scratched after 2-3 months. Gunnar materials used to be much more durable and resistant. I am generous with 2 stars and giving here a 2nd chance. BTW my very first Gunnar last me over 7 years!

It looks like USPS Priority Shipping took 4 days for your package to arrive, due to weather conditions delays. Great product - only the frame I wanted wasn't available. Seems like you have a lot of products but many aren't available (I need readers +1.5, clearly popular because you only have them in very few options) - so I purchased some glasses I don't actually like the look of just so I can use your lenses.

Hi Tim, Thanks for reaching out, while we don't have readers available with all of our frame combinations, we do offer Single Vision prescription options on all of them so you can get them customized with your desired reading distance with a doctor's prescription. My order was cancelled due to "unforseen circumstances." So what does that mean? Try again? We're out of stock? Give up? It says I've been refunded, and I'm sure I will be, but it hasn't gone through yet so now I sit here and wonder if I gamble and order again. GUNNAR is a leader in this space, so I'm sure it's legit, but they provided a horrible reason for the cancellation... as in, there was no reason provided.
