Order never showed up... called 4 times and had to leave message before someone called me back. Then shipped the wrong item. I have already left 2 messages to return the item and get the correct item and no one has called me back. The only good employee there is KENNY in terms of customer service. This is the last order I will place with them and I've bought several glasses throughout the years.

It had been a whole week and I had received no notification of my package's progress. In fact, upon looking through package tracking, it had not even left its first location.

Ordered on the 22nd of February and it is now the 1st of March. I also paid almost $10 extra for quicker shipping but they have yet to be shipped.
