I've called, emailed, & left several messages on customer service's voicemail. There's no one returning my inquiries. I ordered my glasses on 2/16/21 & still haven't received the glasses. Nor has anyone responded to me. I'm filing a complaint to my bank & with whomever necessary? In order to get my refund as it's become obvious at this point, I am not getting the glasses?

I did not like the style and color of the glasses. I send an exchange request email and send it back to the address which is for returning on Feb,16. Now it is March 9th. Send a second email with no response at all. Eventually, I got the glass on Match 12th. No glass box and valentines box.
