It by default comes with a small power and that causes discomfort for some and for exchange or return they don't send return label. You have to pay for it. The customer services take many days to respond and they do not respond to calls. Update on Jan 19 2021: Customer Service provided the label for return and replaced the Glass with 0 power. Appreciate Customer service and the product performs as claimed

Acquisition was handled quickly and professionally. Anticipated that the modification of the picture by the glasses would be more pronounced. Time will tell if it helps the eyes. Product construction was very good. Will see if the lens scratch easily.

Very stylish and comfortable
Very stylish and comfortable. I got a holiday deal of a pair of the computer glasses and a pair of sunglasses and both are fantastic. Would recommend as they help with computer eye strain and look stylish on Zoom calls

Easy purchase and shipping. Gift buyers beware of Branded packaging.
Purchasing and Shipping went quickly and smoothly! The frames are REALLY thin and flexible, so I'm waiting to see how well they hold up. NOTE: I bought these as a Christmas present for my husband, but the package comes super branded and there is no option for discrete/gift packaging. So when he got to the mailbox before me he found out what one of his "larger" presents was. Kind of disappointing on my side. Other than that, impressed so far!

Almost a great experience
Disappointed that I paid $29.95 in shipping as part of the purchase, then Fedex charged me another $15.03 in shipping before they would deliver the package! The product itself was packaged nicely and is high quality, so 1 star doc is only due to shipping debacle.

Nice experience, recommendations about product information
I find the virtual try-on really nice. Nice website. I think there should be any numbers about different measures such as the height of the rims or the length of the bridge so that it is possible to have any idea how to expect from the product as if it is actually going to fit or not.
