I’m sure the product will be good. But it took 3 days just to ship out. That’s a little to long for me for non-prescription glasses. All and all good products though.

I reached out to support immediately after placing my order and never heard anything back. I still haven't heard anything back. I needed to make a change to my order that shipped FIVE DAYS AFTER I REACHED OUT TO SUPPORT. You had plenty of time to fix the issue I have. Now I have a product on its way to my house that will very likely need to get shipped back. I'm so disappointed. EDIT: A day after posting this review a customer service representative reached out to me to help resolve my issue. I have received a pair of glasses and began wearing them today. I'll update this to three stars while I test the glasses and will report back if my review changes.

this is my second pair i’ve bought from gunnar and this time around i’m really not happy with it. everything’s good besides when it arrived there was a really deep scratch on the left lens. so that’s my only problem, which is the worst problem you can have when it comes to glasses. it’s so deep i can see it when i wear them. stuff happens i get it, but still isn’t cool spending all that money on a damaged product.

The glasses seem great honestly, but they are so tight on my head that they are useless. I have a bad headache after 5 minutes with them on because they squeeze my temples. Hopefully I can get a refund. Other than that, the glasses seem solid.

The saving grace of these glasses is the great customer service. The product I purchased, Enigma computer glasses, were fair. First impressions of putting them on, viewing a 4K UHD monitor, the glasses gave a slightly concave appearance to the monitor. That means the lenses are not compensated for the curvature of the lens. The lens also are not that clear. After a week of use and comparing the text on screen with the glasses on and off, the text was not as sharp as without the glasses. I tried on my Oakley cycling glasses with photochromic lenses and these did not alter the appearance of the text. So, this is definitely an issue with the clarity of the lenses from Gunnar. In addition, the inside of the lenses are highly polished, this causes high reflectivity inside the glasses, I could see my eyes reflected while wearing them...very weird. Lastly, they smudge so easily. I was wiping them down constantly, and even with that, fingerprints, and oils that may be on your eyebrows smudge all over the lenses. It needs some oleophobic coating. Potentially could be excellent glasses, but I can’t use them for the above reasons any longer. It does filter out the harshness of monitors and makes things easier on the eyes, the quality of the lenses needs to be improved though.

Gunnar did great with delivery and the product works as advertise but the only problem, is that the glasses are extremely tight. They cause a headache, will be having to return them unfortunately.
