Ordered $400 pair of glasses and a $5 case. Case was sent, glasses included on tracking for case. Package arrives, only case with “Glasses ship separately” note inside. Receive email asking for review of service. Still waiting on glasses. Check website, wait up to 4 weeks for lenses due to COVID, now I’m in the last week trying to contact ANYONE in their support department and none of the emails work to respond to, they keep getting kicked back. Long story short, I was sent a case and then asked to review services a month before my lenses are supposed to arrive. Haven’t gotten the glasses yet. Here’s the review, I’ll update it once I hear from Gunnar about my lenses.

I received broken glasses after paying for over night shipping so my total was $93. I contacted support and they told me that I would receive an replacement within 2 days. The replacement never came! Now I have to call them back. Except this time I don’t want a replacement I want a refund.

Prescription seems really weak, and is very blurry if I look through anything but the very center on the glasses.
