The customer was good but the quality…
The customer service was good but the quality of glasses are way below standard. I don’t know where they make them, I assume China which that alone can speaks volume in regards to Gunner Optix priorities. Profit over Quality.

I never received my glasses

these glasses are not big enough
these glasses are not big enough, although the lense quality is very nice, I wish I could get the Large Size instead of these regular sized ones. I a 6 foot 1 inches in hight, and weigh 220 lbs.

They charge US$29.00 shipping and then…
They charge US$29.00 shipping and then the package arrives COD for another $15.00.

We do try to communicate this as best as possible since this charge does not come from GUNNAR. When a customer is checking out and the shipping address is outside of the United States, there is an extra check box that must be checked before placing the order. The check box reads "I acknowledge I am responsible for my countries duties and fees" so that the order will not be processed without this acknowledgment. Just bunch of issues with glasses.
Just bunch of issues with glasses. Blurriness, feeling sick while and after using them. Smokey effect on them, I guess because of wearing headsets, even thoe they are made for em. All in all, in my personal experience, overall really bad pair of glasses, but a lot of people do love them, so I am assuming it’s something to do with me.

Too many issues to mention
No spring, distracting logo etched to lens to start. The real reason I can't use these is: A blue glare on the insides of the lens. No matter how I wear them, when I look at any light source it creates a blue halo effect inside the lenses. I find this ironic, since they are supposed to filter blue light. I have 3 other pair of similar glasses and none of them have this effect. And they all cost 1/10 the price.
