If you are referring to custom's duties and fees we do specify on our website that we neither calculate nor collect these, and that for any international order the customer is responsible for these costs. We apologize for the inconvenience, we would love to be able to send our glasses out internationally with the same cost as within the US, but are unable to do so due to taxation laws. Our apologies! Everything was good so far
Everything was good so far. Though for first time buyers it can be a little confusing. I don't like the fact you don't have a customer service number we can contact.

Great glasses but...
Great glasses but very difficult to ascertain frame size without opening the description of every pair of glasses. This metric should be searchable. Also, provide all lens options for each frame (i.e., 98% amber in Haus frameset).

No cleaner included
No cleaner included, glasses get smudged very easily and without this they are a bit tricky to clean

You sent me lenses wipes for glasses I…
You sent me lenses wipes for glasses I dont even have yet and never provide an updated time for the glasses arrival nor a potential shipping code. Order was marked as delivered by your company so I can only pray now that I get the glasses I spent three hundred dollars on. ---- Was reached out to by customer service, received glasses but one lense is so warped it causes massive discomfort until you subconsciously ignore it

Hi Oscar, We apologize for the confusion! When you purchase accessory items or non-prescription glasses alongside prescription pairs you will get everything but the prescription glasses separately. Our system does at that point mark your order as complete, but will update to "Rx Completed" once your prescription glasses ship from our lab. We apologize for not making this more clear, and we are currently working on an alternate way to do this so that this confusion does not happen again. With that being said, it looks like you received your Rx glasses on 5/28, and we hope they were worth the wait! Thank you, Team GUNNAR

Love the products frame, in all.
Cool product enough, to where id like wear them more often, but the acent 65 35 is tooo to dark! Id probably get a different pair next rime if they werent a lirtle costly. Ill probably return this set if nothing else! Should have more magnification as well! Also the hugs the back a little tightly!
