Soooooo long to get these
Soooooo long to get these, took 6 weeks. Web site stated 2-3 but mine was well over a month. Decided to get these when my current pair broke, should have used a local service that gets them done in hours versus a month and a half…

Having ordered around December, we’re sorry that your order experienced delays in manufacture and global shipping due to the holiday season. I'm really sorry to see that your prescription order took longer than normal to arrive. We strive to adhere to our 2-3 week window, but with the holiday season, COVID staffing issues, and lab manufacturer delays, we weren't able to do that this time. Good look but super narrow
Good look but super narrow. Legs hurt when wearing headset.

Je n’ai pas reçu ma facture par e-mail
Je n’ai pas reçu ma facture par e-mail. De plus en consultant le site web, j’ai constaté que je pouvais suivre mon colis. Chose que j’ai fait en entrant mon numéro de confirmation et mon adresse courriel. Toutefois, j’ai reçu ce message : Sorry, the order could not be found. Please contact us if you are having difficulty finding your order details. De plus, Fedex m’a téléphoné pour m’informer qu’il y avait des frais de dédouanement. Il m’ont demandé un numéro de suivi, information que je n’avais pas. Bref, tout c’est réglé mais j’ai dû payer un montant de 25$ supplémentaire.
