Had a few issues ordering and glasses…
Had a few issues ordering and glasses aren't really what I expected. They were dirty with finger prints and a mico scratch. It has some kind of weird blue double vision. But I'm still using them in hopes they help.

A little too big.
The frames are nice, the glasses are just a little too big. Other than that, they do their job.

Disappointed
Ordered a pair of readers with clear lens but unfortunately the lens has a yellow tint. Had to return them and pay for the shipping. The company seem to not care one way or another why I was returning the glasses. I was never asked.

The optics them selves are great...
The optics them selves are great! No complaints there! But the frames themselves, although the quality is good, are small. I actually thought i bought the kids model by accident. But that wasn't the case.

Still waiting on my readers
Still waiting on my readers. My prescription glasses made it over a week ago. Can you please assist?/provide an update. Thank you, Tim

Hi Timothy, The information we have indicates that the readers you ordered were shipped 10 days before the prescription pair, and that they were delivered on June 1st. It would be nice to show on the invoice…
It would be nice to show on the invoice that currency is in USD. The arms on the glasses don’t have the flexibility to bend as easily as my other (more comfortable) Gunnar glasses. Okay, otherwise.

Mobile Experience for Submitting Prescriptions could be improved, but otherwise a happy customer
Honestly, it was a real pain to submit the order with the prescription because I needed to attach photos so they could do a mesurement. I have no webcam and the mobile site experience from my phone leaves much to be desired for this piece. I managed, but its a user experience that could use improvement as not everyone is that tech savvy. Otherwise, pretty happy. Just patiently awaiting my actual glasses. (Got the add-ons shipped seperately.)
