I received them in the mail with a scratch on the left lens. It’s really small but very noticeable when I am playing competitiveFPS games. I called support and left a voicemail including my order number and still haven’t gotten a response. It’s been over 2 weeks…..

Sorry I ever did. Do your homework before purchasing compare them to game advantage and you will look away . These glasses don't serve much purpose. I canceled almost instantly paid 15 dollars for fast delivery. Got a text saying 4 to 6 weeks gamer advantage 2 day delivery tor 3$

I made an order but after 8 days it is not sent, I got an email from suport that they had questions but no questions askeed I then filed a suport case but no reply.. Worst experience ever.

I haven’t received the items yet, they were not even be shipped yet. Why are you guys keep asking me for review? How I’m I supposed to view it?

Where is my order recepit? And where is my shipping info? I never got them

I sent two frames in to have new rx lenses installed. identical (though different vintage) gunnar frames. I paid for one and followed up immediately with an email to arrange to pay for the second since that wasn't an option on the website. Weeks and weeks of waiting a week at a time to get a reply from support only to have glasses that are the wrong lens color and so hyper-reflective that I cannot see through them for the reflections on the inside - they simply present at though I'm trying to look through filthy glass (they've been cleaned over and over.) And again radio silence on support.

So first and foremost, let me start by saying I was extremely excited when I discovered Gunnar optiks and really wanted to have a positive experience. First off, as I'm based in Canada, to ship the glasses internationally, my only option was the pay for FedEx priority shipping which cost me $29 USD. Which at the time I remember thinking is pretty pricey considering I am 60 minutes away from the US border and didn't really need 2 day shipping but that was the only option available for international delivery. Hey - it is what it is, I get it. A few weeks later I received an invoice from FedEx claiming that I owed another $24.79 in "customs and duties" stemming from the shipping expense which I find ridiculous since the retail price of the glasses are $66. All in all, I informed Gunnar customer care about this and they said there's nothing they can do and they adequately inform customers of the customs and duties during the check out process (by forcing them to check a box - cue eye roll). All in all, the glasses are fine but way too expensive given the shipping and duties. All in all, I spent about $50 on shipping for a pair of glasses that retail for $66 and probably cost half that to make. If you are an international buyer, please learn from my mistake. There are many cheaper options available that won't gauge you with hidden fees.

Only part of my order was filled. I was told the shirt wasnt in stock when it was listed for sale online. I sent an email that wasnt responded to for weeks and followed up with a voicemail that also wasnt responded to. When I finally got in contact, my fair request was not granted. Disappointing.
