You guys take 5+ weeks to make Rx glasses. That is NOT acceptable. When people NEED Rx glasses to see the world and function.

We got the glasses for my son, he loves them. But the shipment and tracking info never came, until 3 days after we got it. Which would be nice to know incase we have plans to no be home.

Long long wait time, no communication, got a shipment notification over a week past when I received the product. The product doesn’t even look good on me, which is disappointing there’s no virtual try-on feature

Poor customer service! We requested expediting the order as we needed the glasses before leaving town for a major medical procedure. They promised attention to the order and assured us they would be delivered in time. The order was delayed within the company and then wasn't given to USPS for a day or two. Very disappointing.

They have good deals, but the selection is limited. It will nice if they expanded the offers to more models.

Process is just too slow. Takes forever to receive the product. Speeding up the whole process should be prioritized.

At first the UI didn't load correctly so my order had to be cancelled and refunded. Then I went through the process again and it worked. Got my glasses after two weeks of waiting and either Gunnar got my prescription wrong or the eye doctor did. The glasses results weren't better than my current glasses. On top of that, they look horrible on my face. And since they are prescription, there is no refund. Even a partial one. They can reuse the frames. But no. That isn't an option. My first experience with the company many years ago was great. A new company, not the corporate norms, and now they are just as pricey and painful to work with as the big company.

Pupalary distance tool wasnt very good, ETA for orders and shipping was super unclear, Support helped some but was not fast responsive,
