Told products would ship UPS; Shipped via USPS
Called Gunnar to ask about shipping method. Was told products ship via UPS. Placed order. Products shipped via the notoriously poor performing USPS.

Too Narrow
The lenses are fine, but the frames are too small (too narrow at the temple). I saw that this was a common issue once I realized how much they were hurting and looked at more of the negative review, but this was not until after I had already purchased them and tried to wear them for a few weeks. They ultimately cause me headaches due to being too tight. I am a woman with a fairly small to average size head so do not see how most people could possibly wear these. I purchased the Cruz and wish I had realized this issue in time to return them. Ultimately these ended up being a waste, and I am reluctant to purchase any others from Gunnar due to the sizing issues.

Very slow return policy still waiting
The people that I dealt with were very nice but I'm giving only two stars is because of the process and hassle to get my refund back to me which I still haven't gotten.

Defective product.
Defective product. The glasses do help with the glare but the hinges on one of the glasses we ordered don't open fully making them almost impossible to use. Considering the cost of the glasses this kind of shoddy product is inexcusable.

I ordered a bad RX version of the glasses…
I ordered a RX version of the glasses and my vision is very blurry. My first time ordering online and I don't know if it is the glasses or my eye doctor made a mistake (been with him for 15 yrs) At the moment I payed $200 for glasses I cannot use.

Too slow
Too slow, no good customer support. Calls go to voice mails and no one returns them. The entire order placement to receipt is 1 month :(

Still waiting for an itemized receipt
I have ordered almost the exact same product before and requested an itemized receipt for insurance purposes and received it very quickly, however this time, I have put in at least 2 separate requests for an order I placed over a month ago with no response.
