We try not to spam our customers with multiple review requests, we try to restrict them to one after a few weeks prompting you to review our product. Hi Jimmy, Thank you for leaving us your review. I looked into your order to see if I can provide some insight. Due to the way our lenses are manufactured with our frames, we have certain limitations that we can stretch the width/depth of our lenses to meet the prescription requirements needed. Unfortunately, your initial choice was really restrictive due to the nature of the type of lens. While this usually doesn't post a problem for most customers, with very high indexes, the frame choices become limited. Sorry for that, I've seen that you've been refunded. Best wishes, Terry
