GUNNAR OptiksReviews of gunnar.com

Glasses fit great and I like them but cleaning cloth was not in box like the advertisement said and the glasses were covered in some kind of white dust. Not sure what dust was. Overall I’m am happy with my purchase. Was just those two minor things that I have to nitpick about.

It takes a very long time for the customer reps to answer.

Free returns is necessary, virtual fit is misleading.

Good process for purchasing, but no receipt of purchase emailed. Also the prescription option takes too long - 4 to 6 weeks.

The model is too wide, next time take into account face width in your screens

Hurts temples while headset is on Otherwise great glasses

Gunnar Your reputation in gaming glasses and eye wear exceeds all. I have tried calling and sent two emails. One was on a Sunday, but that one still should have been read. I bought two pair, one by mistake and asked if I could return them, no response. I inquired about presciprdtions, no response. I was wondering why you do not disclose, for people who wear glasses that they are magnified. I know you offer to add what peoples prescriptions on for their regular glasses, but I was not convinced, to many people waited and Gunnar did not do ther prescription properly. So far I feel like I am left hanging in the wind. I did try to explain this to support, but have not got a response. I have a yearly check-up coming up in november and, yes despite all my disappointment in your product a pair of your frames costs less than if I was to buy a pair at the Dr. Office

I accidentally ordered four pairs of glasses when I only needed three. Immediately upon hitting the send key for the order I left two messages in two different areas of the website to get ahold of you to change the order. It’s been a week since I’ve ordered we’ve had the glasses a few days and I still don’t have a response from anyone. That’s the only reason you’re getting the marks you are.
