Made my purchase online then I was ignored until I questioned where it was 13 days later and it still wasn’t shipped. It is now shipped but not yet received. Now they ask for a review. Here it is.

I haven't received my complete order yet. I only received half and I haven't heard from customer service regarding the whereabouts of my other pair.

Horrible design.. Horrible return process. Should do everything off amazon to help your horrible customer service out.. Thanks

The glasses are clearly made with quality and look great. It is clearly a detail oriented product from a design stand point and the material is definitely impressive. That being said, I will NOT be recommending them to anyone at all. They’re simply not what I thought I was getting in reference to the ads and overall marketing. They’re nothing special, and honestly more disappointing than anything else. I GUESS they reduce my eye strain (if I pretend it does through a placebo effect) but i’m sure that has more to do with the lens color making everything uglier and more dull than anything scientific. I also got the combo lens that is suppose to help with the eye strain issue as well as glare on my screen and that is simply not true. The glare I always encounter is just as prominent, except this time it has an absolutely ugly amber hue to it. I’m sure the coloration has some sensory effect, but all I noticed was the games I play look worse, almost as if my tv was messing up. If you’re playing on a setup meant for high quality graphics and images these glasses simply are counterintuitive. Good luck appreciating and taking note of a game’s beauty with a terrible looking Instagram filter draped over everything while wearing these. Not to mention, one of my game’s has excellent God ray’s (the sun shining effect that look like Ray’s shining through coverage) and when I played while wearing my GUNNAR’s they were almost not visible anymore. I had to literally lean forward and remove them to see where the very significant rays were and then put them back on to even notice the faint outline that was there. I cant even fathom how many other small details i’m missing out on by wearing these, that’s just what I noticed immediately. The only reason I didn’t score it lower was because of the presentation. They were shipped in a clearly high quality shipping box, with the actual case they came in looking super neat, professional and sleek as can be. The pouch inside that holds the glasses themselves is very tough and great looking material with an equally impressive cleaning cloth. Perhaps they spend so much time on the surrounding details to make the product more appealing while skimping on effectiveness, that’s what it seems to me. It affected my score honestly, so I guess that’s a win for them. If I was judging the glasses by themselves, i’d give it a 2/5. I can clearly tell they’re designed well, but i’d give them a 1/5 based on effectiveness.

I ordered a pair of glasses through Gunnar and they came damaged. The right lens is popped off and I’ve called multiple times and no answer and left multiple voicemails and no one has answered me. I was really looking forward to using the glasses.

Honestly not worth the price. Pros: Look stylish Feel comfortable when using headset for extended period of time. Cons: Really flimsy frame Not sure if they work, eyes seem the same w/ or w/o them. Overall: The price doesn't justify the use of these. Seem like any gun shooting safety glasses with yellow tint I've used before for way less.

Love Gunnar optiks haven’t gotten my glasses yet but they sure made it pleasurable and reassuring that I’m with a great customer service based team. I’ve forgotten the discount and not even in a blink of an eye they helped me get it discounted and now I’m happy. You go GUNNAR optiks favorite place to shop

Ordered for natural focus glasses but I received an item with magnification. Their customer service was professional and helped me with the exchange process but the time it takes to receive an exchange item which takes a week is basically my time wasted for an item that i was eagerly waiting for. I wish i could give a higher rating but I am just a little angry/sad
