These glasses made a huge difference as I spend 8-10 hours a day looking at multiple screens. Before my eyes would burn and be aching to close. Now I have found relief. I liked these glasses because they don't have the reflective glare looking right back at you in the lens. I bought several blue light glasses and they all had that same issue.
