Happier and healthier eyes! However, I do have a complaint as the lenses weren't clean on arrival, and despite the fact that they cleaned up well, there are defects on the lenses which have proved to be a constant irritation. Not worth shipping them back due to the costs involved. Disappointed.

My order was for two pairs of glasses, I only received one. I do love them, but it's only half of what I've already paid for. Would give a 4 to a 5 otherwise, though much of the issues may not be under the company's control, but part of the pandemic situation.

I purchased the TORPEDO bundle, and honestly, the glasses aren't what I expected. They have a very cheap plastic feel. Including the lenses. (If you've ever worn safety glasses, that's how they feel.) I've had my eye on GUNNARS for quite some time, and I expected something of higher quality. All together this pair of glasses cost me $105 but feels like it's worth $10-$15 at Walmart. :(

I've so far have waited a week to get the order processed. Now it's currently still waiting to be picked up by USPS. Not sure what's going on. I sent an email to support to get an update, but no one responded to me. I get things are a little hectic right now, but just a quick email back and let me know what's up would have been nice. Hopefully they will come in later this week.

I bought an available product and they wasn't send u til a week later, they never answered my email and i still waiting my lenses. I can't talk about the product yet.

Received Phenom with right lens not in frame, floating around during shipping. Placed lens back in frame and it was out of tolerance enough to to move .75mm (Laterally) after frame was tightened Had to register glasses to start any process to remedy (this is issue because they were purchased from the Gunnar website AND entering information for out of box failure is not in my information security interest). Once registered, to get fixed/replaced would have had to coordinate and pay for return shipping. No longer worth my time and effort- taped and into garage toolbox they go.

Paid $30 dollars for the over night shipping. Ordered it early Saturday morning(I know their business days are Mon.-Fri.) So it should have got sent out Monday and should have arrived Tuesday. It didn't get sent out until Tuesday and we received it Wednesday. And we didn't receive an item we ordered.

There's nothing else to say. Bought a month ago, promised multiple times the item had been shipped and still don't have it in my hand. The amazing part? This company is headquartered like 35 minutes from my house...
