This is the 3rd pair I have ordered. I used a 15 percent off coupon this time. Then the next day instagram has a 20 percent off coupon .. I’m sad 😢

Unfortunately I received the incorrect lenses and the tracking information on my order was received “after” I had already received the incorrect order…

I only received half my order but on the tracking it said delivered. I used to get my gunnar glasses from Amazon but tried buying from the website instead. Big mistake on my part, apparently.

I received a pair that were slightly bent. After reaching out to 2 representatives and submitting a warranty claim. I have yet to get a solid response or the next steps to receiving a replacement pair. The best i’ve gotten so far was to put the frames under warm water and bend them. It’s been since Dec 23 from my first email. It’s now Jan 11

Hi Michael, I've chatted with the warranty team to escalate your issue and we'll be sending a replacement pair. So sorry for the delay, but we're committed to making it right! Best wishes, Terry

Didn’t respond to message about canceling order. Sent order anyways. When I returned order it took multiple emails. Then charged me return fees. Return fees are from the 1990’s. Lame customer service and poor processes.

Hi Michael, Thanks for reaching out, I saw that you were in contact with another team member. We indeed only received one single email regarding cancellation of your order, after the order had alredy been shipped out, so we were unable to prevent the package from being sent out. Our returns, while they do cover the entirety of your purchase, do not cover return shipping. Best wishes, Terry
