I wanted to see if I could change my order about an hour after I hit buy. I called and ended up with an answering machine. I left my number as requested. Never heard back. I suspect their customer service policy was copied straight out of Atilla the Huns diary. Think hard about the order before you hit buy. Cuz after that, it’s up to the Gods.

Some how the product was sent to the wrong address. I am working with Gunner to fix this but this being COVID times I am sure it will take sometime to work out. I should not fill out the review yet but this might help someone see that something went wrong and it would be cool if they fixed it.

As of this time I have not gotten my prescription glasses. Was told 4 weeks. Got an email saying they were off to the lab and allow 2-3 more weeks. 3 weeks elapsed. I get a tracking number. Package arrives. It's just a 2nd item, a case, that I ordered, no glasses. I reach out to customer service, get automated email to allow 3-5 business days to respond. Meanwhile the website says my order is completed, no further status. For all I know this might sort itself out tomorrow. But who knows? Prescription glasses seem to pose a communication and order status problem for Gunnar. Has not been a delightful experience and surely not cost effective for Gunnar with all the support "churn" it causes.

However it appears you received your prescription glasses on 5/28, so it did take 4 weeks for you to receive them! We ship out all non-prescription items once we receive the order, which is why you saw "complete" on your order status and you received the case separately from the glasses. Your product is acceptable, but your emails are horrendously annoying. You also offered me multiple offers for discounts for having purchased some of your glasses. People don't buy 20 pairs of glasses, they only need one. So either you are just spamming me with illogical offers or you expect people to want different pairs, which would suggest there's something wrong with them, or you expect less than satisfactory responses.

The glasses are great but the customer service is ridiculous. Emailed and called and still no reply. They charged my account four times one of which was the actual charge and only refunded me one out of three of them.

The glasses took almost a month to arrive. We never had a tracking number to see how was the process going. The glasses came without case, which is supposed to arrive later from an email they sent a few days before the glasses arrived. We wrote a couple of emails to see how was the process or why it was delayed but never had a prompt reply. It was a birthday gift and it arrived super late (with no case).
