Had problem with website first time I tried to order. Was little worried as card number had been put in twice. but nice young lady helped me on "chat" and was resolved. Have the glasses and all good. thank you

I bought a pair of gunnars. They arrived about 12 days later on 2-day shipping only to have a cut on the lens near the logo on the inside of the lens. Had to put in a ticket or something similar and they responded that day and even sent new ones via priority shipping within about 2 days. First time in a while where ive experienced a business own up to a mistake/issue so promptly. Kudos.

I'm kinda sad... A part of the glasses already broked, I admit that I was expecting something a bit better after reading all those great reviews about Gunnar on the internet... I only used my glasses at work, nothing unusual, and a piece had broked while I was cleaning dust on the glass. Now I need to fix it, maybe with some glue, or just get glasses from another company... Also, the glass seems overreflective... I struggle to focus on my computer screen, cause I see reflexions from behind... Maybe I just have been unlucky, and got a defect batch. ***Edit 2022-02-11 : Gunnar Contacted me after this review and sent me another pair of glasses. I'm now used to the reflection in the glasses and this time it hasn't broke. It's not a perfect product, but its still a very good one. And if you have a problem, don't hesitate, their customer services is on top !

$24 extra for duties would be nice to see in bill where is coupon code????? Looking for coupon code still. I got my coupon thanks now just duties refund would be nice but thanks glasses are great so far worth cost.

I am having my first pair of Gunnar Rush for a week. Wearing it after 4pm, when it is growing dark outside during the Fall. I feel the difference, it is much easier to look at my screens in the glasses even though I set the nightshift warmth mode. I will keep using them. After I placed the order, I kept browsing the site and, out of blue, I received a pop-up message offering a discount if I subscribe to Gunnar's. I wish I could get that discount notification before submitting my order. Keep an eye on such a discount ;)

Website did show all the glasses, had to reload more. Should be easier to navigate the old styles which are still really good.

Absolutely love being able to "preview" what the glasses would look like on me. I changed which ones I actually got from what I originally wanted to get :) The one gripe I had was having to leave the preview window to change which glasses I wanted to preview. It didn't seem to load a new selection from within that window. It would also be cool if it would temporarily save an image so you can easily compare different glasses you've tried on.
