Hi John, Thanks for leaving a review. As I stated in our email, all of our glasses go through a special tinting process that is exclusive to our glasses. Thus, our turnaround is listed as 2-3 weeks for manufacturing. I'm really sorry you feel that I wasn't being transparent with you, but this process is genuinely what I went over with. Hi Kyle, Sorry to hear you're frustrated with our address verification process, but we're required to make sure all addresses are valid if they come up with a flag. Our CX Team member, Angela, did contact you on 4 separate occasions to get the issue resolved, so we did do as much as possible to contact you in due course. Hi Carlos, Thanks for reaching out. I'm a bit confused as I can only see your email regarding tracking. For our lab's purposes, they generate 2 tracking codes but only utilize one since the packages were sent together in your case. I didn't see any prior reachout regarding a courier company, so we would not have been aware that you needed this information ahead of time. Your glasses were indeed shipped together as one tracking number though. Best wishes, Terry

Hi Nathan, I know we were in contact regarding the glasses you ordered, as I stated before, the blue mirroring on the lenses is actually the blue light being reflected outward, away from your eyes. I'm super sorry if you were expecting differently, but in order for your eyes to be protected, the reflection is present on the Amber Max lenses. Best wishes, Terry
