Good product but broken lens
The product itself serves its purpose and I like the glasses. The issue is that both lenses at the top edges have the same, identical crack/break in them. This appears to be a defect as the lens have not been dropped or misused in any way. I keep them in the pouch when not in use. I reached out to customer support but it has been 4 business days and I have not received a response. The reason for the low rating is due to the lack of response from Gunnar.

Lense has defect
Lense has defect that results in image distortion. But otherwise everything was good. Frame looks modern and sits well.

Declining quality of glasses
I feel that the quality of Gunnar glasses has declined in most recent purchase. I bought a second pair of Onyx Intercept. My first pair is great but this time, the frame felt uniquely brittle. Also the lens does not sit within the frame correctly, as it seems to slide around unlike my last pair that I bought 6 months ago. I think the only thing that I do like is the quality of the lens.

Good product but terrible customer service.
Spoke to a reb before purchasing my Gunnars, Before I made my purchase I had asked if there were any specials or promotions going on. I was informed that there were none. So I made my purchase and literally a few hours I was being targeted advertised 10 - 20% off my purchase on social media and other website ads. These werent some weird 3rd party adverts they were directly from Gunnar so I tried to cancel my order so I could reorder them (all this within 24 hrs mind you) and I was told that there is no way to cancel my order but a return label could be sent to me at a cost. Which at that point is pointless. Good product but dont rely on their reps.

Hello Vin, Many of these social media ads are targeted and will likely come up once purchasing GUNNAR glasses is in your algorithm. There was too much magnification on the amber tint gaming lens at least for me, and gave me a head ache.

Very poor customer support
Purchased haus reading glasses sept 1st. for full price ($99.99usd). one day later, Sept 2nd i receive an email from gunnars regarding a sale, get 2 pair for $95.00. I contacted gunnars and asked if they would honor this sale given i purchased my glasses 1 day prior without any knowledge of the upcoming sale. I was willing to pay shipping on the second pair. Unfortunately, gunnars support didn't find me, as a repeat customer, valuable enough to even respond to my request. This is a good example of how to take a loyal customer and treat them with disrespect. Good job gunnars. Because I do like gunnars i am giving this a 2 star rather than a 1 star which is what i feel like giving at the moment.

Good for long distance but not for reading
It attaches well, and is good for long distance viewing but for not good for reading as the hinges that attach to the glass come in the line of sight and cause discomfort
