I wanted to add another item to the order before shipping, but It is not possible. I wrote to ask for help, but they answered after my order was shipped.

Don't hold your breath...
They didn't ship my order until I called 3 weeks after placing my order. At checkout they notify you that there could be a week delay before shipping due to COVID. Although they shipped my glasses after I called, they blamed the post office even though I could see from the tracking that the post office was never given the package (only the shipping label was created). They said I could keep the both pairs if they arrive...right. Don't expect to receive your glasses after ordering. This is my first day wearing the glasses and they do seem to reduce eye strain. I would recommend they don't spam my email asking for reviews before they had even given me the product I paid for.

Shipping costs $29.95, Plus additional $22.50 FedEx costs
shipping fees are outrageous ($30.00) plus another $22.50 for FedEx shipping costs.as were from Canada, we had to pay the exchange rate plus additional shipping fees. The glasses were only $79.99 US + $29.95 (via FedEx International Delivery) which came to $109.94 US, converted to $154.00 CAN. Then had to pay the additional $22.50 FedEx costs. Why did we have to pay the additional shipping costs? this was not indicated when purchasing the glasses. The exchange & shipping was more than the actual glasses themselves. Not pleased & would request a refund of the additional shipping costs as $29.95 US is more than enough to ship a small pair of glasses.

Hey Amanda - thanks for reaching out to us. I'm sorry for any confusion when it comes to taxes and duties charges when ordering outside of the US. We do try to communicate this as best as possible since this charge does not come from GUNNAR. When a customer is checking out and the shipping address is outside of the United States, there is an extra check box that must be checked before placing the order. The check box reads "I acknowledge I am responsible for my countries duties and fees" so that the order will not be processed without this acknowledgment. Shipping to the EU is not worth it
It’s a shame to have to give these glasses a 2 star review. While they are decent the company’s policy in shipping to the EU is ridiculous. I paid an initial shipping cost of 30 euros to get them shipped to Germany, then one week later I received another bill from their courier asking for another 30 euros as it passed through the UK. I was never told this upfront at the time of purchase, therefore, had no choice in the matter. I ended up paying 60 euros in shipping costs. I could’ve bought another pair of glasses for that price. The transparency is not there, and this company does not engender trust. I wrote to customer support and was told “we try to be upfront”, well, you failed at “trying”. Disappointing.

Before any of our international customers are able to confirm their orders, there is a checkbox that must be clicked by the customer acknowledging the taxes and duties may be charged separately, depending on the receiving country's own laws. Great glasses BUT TINY
I LOVE Gunnar glasses. They’re amazing BUT these moba razor ones are sized for a child. They’re TINY. Returning to get a different pair.

Love the glasses, but not for lengthy use.
I love the glasses first and foremost! Some of the greatest blue light filter lenses I’ve used. I work with a computer day in and day out and don’t need prescription glasses but use the pair I got from you all. I also wear them while playing my Xbox. With all that said, I cannot wear these glasses for longer than an hour or two without my ears hurting and it becoming unbearably uncomfortable! I initially thought it was just a “breaking in” issue and overtime wouldn’t be any further concern. The longer I use the glasses, the more I find myself taking them off and not wanting to put them back on which entirely defeats the purpose of purchase.

Careful if ordering from Canada
Careful if you are ordering and you live in Canada. There is a $30 shipping charge when you purchase online, but what they don’t tell you is upon delivery the driver requests an additional $23 for duties. Ended up paying the same in shipping as the glasses cost almost. If I had known about the extra charge I would not have purchased. They should inform Canadian buyers of these extra charges, but they don’t. Not transparent. Product itself is fine.
