no response from customer service
The glasses seem to be good quality. But they were too wide. I called the phone number provided in the box but never received a response... If the phone lines don't work, maybe don't have an answering machine that accepts messages and don't add the customer support phone number on a separate card placed inside the box?

The shopping experience was fine, but the advertising seems false.
The shopping experience was fine, except the item I chose (Enigma frame, Amber Gunnar Focus lens) was advertised as anti-reflective. It is 100% not anti-reflective. I think if I had a 4k webcam, I'd be able to take a picture of me reading a webpage and actually read the webpage in the image of my glasses. That's how reflective these things are.

Hi John, Thanks for leaving us with feedback. All of our GUNNAR glasses do feature anti-reflective lens coatings. However, it is certainly possible to still get reflections in environmental cases. The reflection you are seeing is actually the blue light getting reflected back, this most commonly happens when either the room you're in is brightly lit and your monitor is dim, or the inverse when the monitor is brightly lit, and the room is dim. I checked the one day shipping
I checked the one day shipping, however it charged/ordered ground shipping. Not a huge deal but I went back and looked and it won't update when I try it again. Not sure if this is a touch. Excited for the glasses though.

Problems ordering
The first attempt to buy them got my credit card charged immediately, but the website prompt an error on my postal code. This lead to me having to check with them to remove the charge, Next day, the charge was no longer in my card and I redid the order. I'm still waiting on the glasses to arrive with my prescription.

I ordered prescripcion lenses
I ordered prescripcion lenses. I wanted to find easy and clear information on everything that i would need to do regarding the prescription information needed, especialy ordering from another country. It was kind of difficult! Took me a while to go ahead and order, hoping that everything would go smooth. I order in the past gunnar lenses (no prescriptions) and the delivery was terrible since the lenses arrived from the shipping all wracked. You were kind enough to replace them. This time I order a hard case as well, hoping that you put my glasses in there, before you send them to my country. I hope you can or at least make sure they are well kept in a hard, solid package. Other than that i Must say that I LOVE Gunnar Glasses style, looks, protection, etc.. it is just amazing. Thank you!!

All was well
All was well. I did however hear GUNNAR offers a 5% discount to veterans at checkout via ID.me Unfortunately I did not see that option anywhere, so I don't believe that actually offer a veteran discount.

The lenses are darker than I expected
The lenses are darker than I expected, and darker than the $6 pair they replaced, but I'm assuming that is better for my eyes. They are certainly more comfortable! I don't believe they actually block blue light so I returned them.
