Gunnar Optiks has a customer for life!!!! Excellent customer service. Rare to find a company today that goes way out of their way to help and at the same time having no obligation to do so. Gunnar is a premium brand with premium customer support. Well Done!!!! I will say the "Discount" programs they run are all over the board. It would be nice to be able to buy when the need arises at a fair price for the company and the consumer. I failed to make a purchase the other day only to learn that the "Discount" price went from $95 for two pair of reading glasses to $170 for two pair of the same glasses. This doesn't change my view of the product or the customer service. Great experience on both accounts. My time is valuable (to me) chasing discounts and waiting for the right time to buy is a waste of my resources. Maybe a customer loyalty program or something along those lines could help. I just want to know if I find myself needing to replace my Gunnar Computer Reading Glasses I can do it immediately without worry I'm paying an additional $75. I spend much of my time on a screen and it's when, not If, something happens to my glasses I need to replace them immediately. These glasses are that good!! I guess that leaves me waiting around on the next buy 2 for $95 as a 15% discount is not really a deal in the overall scheme of what I’ve paid in the past.

These are my husbands second pair and he loves them. He uses them everyday for work and he says it’s helped reduce headaches and that exhausted feeling your eyes get when working on a computer all day.
