I love these glasses. Have been wearing them since 2013 and never had eye strain. The only downside that i have now is the reflection on video calls. The party at the other side of the camera can see what is on my 2 screens from the glasses. Beside this, I can only recommend them, either for gaming or working on the pc.

I was hoping to get a discount code for the purchase. I get the emails but unsubscribe because I can only buy glasses once a year.... I'm just not that rich... I wish I could get the emails that have discount codes only.

I love my glasses and how they look. I was dissatisfied with the communication since I received a confirmation email and hadn’t heard from them since. I downloaded the “Route” and “Shop” app and neither had shown anything until 2 days before it arrived. Simple miscommunication that I got way too angry about. As the company grows I hope they can consider some kind of “progress update”, if it’s even possible, for the impatient hot heads like me.

I expected at least a box to store my glasses or cleaning cloth. I ordered a prescription glasses which was so costly (than normal ones) but no accessories were given to maintain. The make and fitting were very good though.

Angela professionally handled a partial fulfillment of my order. One item went out of stock, and I was informed there was no way to keep it open as a backorder or be notified when the item was back in stock. To improve the experience, both of these options should be considered for future implementation. Thank you!

Overall website is good I just think that there needs to be more pics of the glasses and higher resolution photos. Some of the color ways only have a single photo from the front. When you don't have the physical object in front of you more pictures to look at help.
