Filters don’t work on site
My only complaint were the filters on the site that either don’t work or don’t have many options to filter which makes shopping frustrating. For example i can’t filter by frame color or even lens type. If I wanted to find some glasses that had the “amber max” lens I would have to click thru each pair to see if it was available. Fortunately I was able to get help thru the online chat feature and the rep that helped me was really helpful.

My glasses have a crack out of the box
My glasses have a crack out of the box. Box was intact so most likely it was damaged during assembly.

They Don't Honor Their Discounts
I haven't received the glasses yet but am hoping they live up to the hype. My issue is the discount code I was sent directly from Gunnar. Which apparently wasn't allowed to be used once I went to pay. Showed the discount in the cart until I tried to process payment. Don't send a code if you're not going to honor it.

please add a description, uruguay
please add a description that people shipping to uruguay must pay another 50~ usd to get the package since they reckon it as a optic glass like if it was a prescription one istead of as regular glasses. im sad, not towards you but towards the uruguayan scamming system. i could bought another pair that i need for me for this amount. will try to buy from amazon or to give it on hand by myself instead of trusting a delivery system even if it is the 30~ usd from gunnar. besides that nothing to say against the glasses, good as always.

We do have a list of international retailers that we're always expanding, so if possible, you might be able to order them from somewhere nearby. I still didn't get my order
I still didn't get my order , it is already 8 days. Only today it was shipped. I have to ask customer service about this issue. I don't know about quality, previous pair I should return because of magnificence 0.2 (i didn't know that) and eyelash marks on the lenses.

Frames cheaply made and uncomfortable.
I use a computer and phone and tablet very often during my typical work day. I definitely need a pair of Gunnar glasses. I have a stigmatism in one eye so I decided to opt in to the corrective vision lenses as well. When I first put them on and I walk around or turn quickly they really throw off my balance, like they are affecting my peripheral vision. Also for $200 (which is the price I would pay for actual corrective lenses) I expected the frames to be less "cheaply" made. Not impressed with the frames at all unfortunately. This is the second pair of Gunnar glasses I have purchased. My original pair from years ago I gave to my oldest son for his gaming. I don't wear them nearly as I thought I would because the frames are also not very comfortable, they squeeze my head and give me headaches from long periods of wear-time.

Hi Mike, Thanks for leaving us an honest review. I'm sorry that you feel like our selection of current frames doesn't feel up to par. We try to use materials like Nylon and Aluminum Composite to make our glasses be durable and cost effective. I do want to note that we'll be releasing a couple of very premium and lightweight Titanium frames at the end of this month! If you're interested, we can try to utilize your 120-day frame change included in your Rx Warranty to get these or another better fitting frame instead! I hope this helps! The quality of the frame and lens was…
The quality of the frame and lens was good. I really liked the fit and finish. My only issue was with the reflection of my eye on the inside of the glasses which was very distracting. A good anti reflective coating would make this a 5 star product. It may not be an issue for some but I couldn't get used to the reflection.

Hi there, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our Anti-Reflective coating can certainly be subject to causing a "ghosting" effect depending on where your lights are coming from! If you can, our best suggestion is to try to change your position or lighting environment so the blue light from the room doesn't get reflected back into your eyes!
