For me, Gundamit is simply the best online store. Excellent customer service, reasonable prices, fast and safe shipping, point system, continuous discounts, premium membership. I never had any problem with my purchases. I highly recommend them!

their point system is good. Every now and then you get some awesome flash sales and figure price drops or goes on sale. What best are the customer service, when package is lost or arrived damage they do their best to compensate it does take a bit of patience for the back and forth but if you take photo of arrival or video upon opening that the package show damage or after package open and notice figure is damage. they usually replace if they have any stock left or refund/ point equal to the cost of the damage product.

Actually, I am a sloppy customer, to be honest. I never arrange my budget properly at pre-orders. Sometimes, I encounter instant IQ drop on my body, and even couldn't find the simplest section in the website to looking for or buy something. And whenever I need help, they are always here. I promise they have the best customer service in the world. They even accept my most stupid and unacceptable requests - just to be able to help me. Also, prices are really reasonable and shipping costs are weirdly cheap. It is cheap that make you think the website could be scam. But no, it is literally the best website to shop - if you are looking for action figures range of huge variety.

One and only online figure shop I would use and trust. They have been great supplier for my hobby figure collection for more than half a decade and never have failed not even once. It was super rare but when I had any issue with order whether it was item being missing in transit or item being defective, they always helped me to get it resolved and fix the issue. I love this store.
