Gundamit.comReviews of gundamit.com

I have started shopping on Gundamit recently, but they do not disappoint. Wide stock, great customer service. Truly recommended!

Have been shopping on gundamit for well over a year now and there's no better place out there that has the highest of customer support and help with any questions! They have gone above and beyond many times! Great prices, great packaging and I have never had any issues with them! Glad to shop there and will continue to do so! Despite the unstable climate of the tariffs, they still decided to keep the same prices and only charge a minimal amount for shipping. Other sites have increased prices, but not here! Will continue to support Gundamit and ShowzStore! 5 out of 5, no doubt!

My experience so far with the website is great. Your orders and pre-orders will be shipped the moment they get it and one thing i notice even more while looking at other similar sites are their shipping prices are insanely cheap. Even the prices on the anything is quite good, sometimes cheaper and other times more expensive in which they are still rather cheap with their shipping costs count together. Up till now i had to cancel 2 orders and it was without much of a problem. They where quick to respond and solved the issues without much fuss. I also ordered quite some stuff already and they usually take 8-16 days at most. The items are also very safely secured inside the packages which have corner protections and are additionally wrapped in bubble wraps. All in all, super company that have earned my trust that when i want something that is on their website, i will get it just as advertised. Their website is also super informative and give lots of details to the wares they are selling with costumer feedback and opinions. I can just recommend and trusting them if you want to buy anything at all on their website!

Great company for 3rd party and non Bandai mecha kits and figures. Have bought over a dozen kits. Shipping is super cheap (especially compared to Japan)! Fast as well; by air I have it in 7-10 days and for larger kits that travel by ship it's usually 5-6 weeks; and I live in the USA! Support has always been quick! I really like ordering and dealing with these guys! I'll continue to use them!

As a seasoned 1/6 scale collector from the UK, I have to say Gundamit is a great company for purchasing figures. One of the most reliable companies there is for these types of orders they have good prices, made better with the premium membership, great delivery rates to the UK, and a really excellent customer service team. I am always happy with their service and recommend them thoroughly.

I put in a pre-order the sexy ice 2019 unkvaI eliminator squad months and the time came to make the final payment, completely forgot and missed out on a product that was sold everywhere and going for more than double on eBay. Once I realized my mistake, I let customer service know. I didn't expect much of it but hoped I could at least get a refund on my pre-order deposit. Pulis (customer service) said they would refund me, I thought that was at least something. The next day I get an email to make final payment on my pre-order for the set. At first I thought this was just salt on the wound, but Pulis found an extra and reset my order! He went way above and beyond my expectations! You never expect customer service to really work FOR YOU. He could have just given me back my money and forgotten the whole thing but he checked inventory and let me know quickly that he found one. Beyond thankful. From now on Gundamit.com will be the first place I go to for figures and collectibles.

Great seller for action figures and collectibles. I've been shopping here for over a year and the upgraded membership is definitely worth it. If you can lock in during preorder windows you won't have to pay more when the initial price drops. Prices do go up when full release is available but that is normal. Shipping has always been great. Takes 1-3 weeks at most.

This is the first store I check when I'm looking for action figures and I already have several orders and pre-orders with them. Their prices are competitive, customer service is helpful and responsive, and they have a system to contact the manufacturer if there are issues with the figure. I only had 2 manufacturer issues on my figures so far (which is normal for mass produced items) and I was able to get replacement parts for them. They also have a points system and premium membership to earn more points which end up saving me money since I buy several action figures. Their selection is also pretty vast so when I check it everyday, I discover new figures that I never knew about and can make sure that I don't miss out on.
