Gundamit.comReviews of gundamit.com

Great page for buying gundam/model kits/figures..., awesome support and well packed shippings. Definetly a must try for anyone who is passionate about this hobby. In my case bought 4 large model kits and received them without any issues.

I have now been ordering from them for a little over a year. And what I can say is that, in addition to having attractive prices, their customer service is excellent. Whether it was for a part that I received damaged, which was replaced without any problem, or for an issue with a package held up in customs, their service has always been attentive and offered solutions. Their packaging generally protects the products very well. A little extra: if you are a heavy consumer of kits like Gunpla, don't hesitate to become a premium member; loyalty points can be quickly converted into credit, very quickly.

Honestly the customer service was really kind! They actually help you when you mess something up on your end. I didn't read a certain part for a order and they fixed the issue easily! Highly recommend.

Client de Gundamit depuis de nombreuses années, tout s'est toujours très bien passé, leur support est réactif et efficace, et les envois sont toujours soignés. Bref, une boutique à recommander !

One of the very best store online of the world for all collectors!! Great communication and very friendly!! All the staff of ShowZ / GunDamit have only one purpose : make the consumers happy!! I do recommande !!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rating 15 out of 10 haha. To me, this store especially stands out for its exceptional customer service, which I've never experienced in my six years of collecting. Their staff, particularly Kelsi and Skyler, are consistently well-informed and supportive. Not only did they go above and beyond to secure a unit for me when I missed out on a figure but really wanted it due to a bonus accessory, they also kept me personally informed throughout the process :) Also, I had an issue with one of my preorders and requested a deposit refund after explaining my problem, they agreed without hesitation. No other questions asked! :) Their dedication to customer satisfaction has earned them a loyal customer in me. I highly recommend Gundamit for all HT, IA and even 3P figures. A

I've been ordering from GUNDAMIT.com for a while and they are excellent! Great site for unique, third-party items! They pack items EXTREMELY well with plastic corner protection. I have NEVER had an issue and their customer service is great too. Great items with competitive prices and reasonable deposits as well. My only complaint is sometimes the shipping company tracking isn't accurate, but GUNDAMIT customer service has always helped out and assisted with any issues - so that is NOT a reflection on GUNDAMIT. Thanks so much and I will continue to be a customer!

Ha sido una de las mejores experiencias al comprar en un tienda en línea tanto en la compra como la atención al cliente. La atención al cliente a destacado demasiado, la persona encargada en Gundamit es muy amable.
