Gundamit.comReviews of gundamit.com

I started using Gundamit for buying import action figures, because their prices are fair, their shipping costs are low and include all VAT/TAX. So no additional costs afterwards from customs to worry about, which is great as i am from europe. They also have a great variety of import action figures that not many shops offer. My experience with their customer support is very good and another big reason i am a regular customer of Gundamit. Whenever i have a question or an issue, i can easily contact them through their website and their response has always been quick (1-2days, taking into account timezone differences and weekends). They have always been very helpful with answering questions and resolving issues i have had. And when requesting to cancel a preorder they respond quickly and refund my deposit as points (Their shop currency). For me this is what makes shopping at Gundamit a great experience and my main source of getting import action figures.

Great site to buy high-end Chinese import collectibles and more. Free or near-free shipping with no tariff fee, products are well-packaged and shipping takes about 10 days. They also have a great cancellation policy and worthwhile premium subscription for only $9.99/year that they even generously refund if you don't take advantage of it.

Great prices, very reliable and extremely helpful customer service/After Sales! The shipping to germany from china is also quite fast.

This is the BEST asian shop to buy from, buy with confidence, they have the best customer care, fast service, take care of your figures and will ALWAYS make it right if something goes wrong, I have bought from them since 2022 and I spent thousands of dollars with them and I have no regrets.

Awesome service. Been dealing with them for a few years now. If your looking great preorders or figures you cant get the states, this the place to go. I've always had great customer experience with shipping, broken figures, etc. They go above and beyond to fix the issue. Highly recommend them. Thanks again Gundamit for the amazing service!!

Returning customer of several years! Gundamit is an awesome site that provides excellent service! You can always reach out to the staff and anticipate a response within a responsible 24-48 hours! Their low priced shipping options is a plus during these times! I would highly recommend them over many sellers on other sites!

My experience with Gundamit itself has been great! Recently, I ordered an item and the delivery driver took a photo of the item supposedly delivered then picked it back up and took it back to his car. These actions were caught on my own CCTV cameras as well as two of my neighbors. I filed the case with PayPal and the shipping company stood by their driver and said that the item was delivered which was a lie. I worked with Gundamit directly however and they did the right thing and sent a replacement. This was an amazing opportunity for their customer service to shine. I really appreciate them doing that and will continue to do business for years to come.

They help resolve any issue. They are good place to buy your collector items. Really AAA+++ Customer service and pricing
