Gundamit.comReviews of gundamit.com

you definitely won't regret buying at Gundamit. I have bought a lot of toys here, all are well packed, delivery time is also quite fast, the price is also cheaper than ebay, aliexpress or many other websites, I don't know the shipping to the country what about other countries, but in the US you get free shipping and no taxes, the customer service is excellent, they are very polite and friendly. Recently placed 5 orders and am waiting for it to arrive ^^. Thanks for reading

Great place to shop for modeling kits and others. For the past year, Gundamit has been my goto online store for purchasing custom gunpla resin kits and other action figures like, Ultraman. They carry a large variety of figures as well. I will break it down based on my experience with the company and the staffs. Communication: This is a China based company and the time difference contributes a slight delay if you want to submit a question. On top of that, daily tasks for the staff members may also delay their response time. I was first a bit disappointed with the response time but I have come to terms with the company supporting a large amount of users as well as the time difference. They usually respond within 48 to 72 hours which is acceptable to me. If you expect them to respond within 24 hours, you should set a different expectation. Customer Service: Throughout the year, I have purchased over 30+ figures from them, ranging from threezero ultraman figures to most of the custom gunpla resin kits. I seldom have run into issues but a few times that I did, the staff did work with me and the resin kit manufacture to get my replacement part replenished. So far I have been extremely pleased with their customer service. Delivery Time: Delivery fee is definitely bargain because oversea shipping costs dearly especially between China and US. Their shipping cost is extremely cheap with every package protected by a corner protection. All products have arrived safely and the delivery time is within 2-3 weeks as advertised. I definitely recommend Gundamit to anyone who is skeptical about it. Also get their membership because those gas points do help if you are a big fan of action figure collection.

They have very good customer service and follow up on packages. It has a wide range of hard to find gunpla and 3rd party kits. Praise worthy competitive prices, fast shipping and excellent customer service. All but positive experiences with Gundammit!

Gundammit.com is highly regarded in my opinion for its wide selection of hard-to-find gunpla, 3rd party kits, and accessories. I cannot praise the website enough for its competitive prices, fast shipping, and excellent customer service. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Gundammit.com, finding rare items and receiving them in a timely manner. The website's commitment to high-quality products and their attentive customer support has contributed to their reputation as a reliable source for Gundam-related merchandise. If you are a fan of gunpla and are looking for a reliable online store, Gundammit.com may be worth considering.

I’m a UK buyer of Transformers and Joy Toy Warhammer 40K 1:18 action figures and most of my purchases are via Gundamit and their sister site, ShowZ. The latter is more TF focused and the former is tailored to actions figures. I have purchased to date over the last few years in excess of 100 items from Gundamit/ ShowZ. They are very competitive on price for the products and when it comes to shipping. They know how to protect customer orders and package them up in a way where the contents are very well protected via reinforced boxes, use of plastic box corners and waterproof covering. Of the figures I have received only two JoyToy Warhammer 40k figures required a replacement component. The aftersales communication system is very slick and Gundamit/ShowZ are quick to reply. They have presence in other social media as well should you use them. Gundamit and ShowZ are my go to companies for Masterpiece, 3rd Party Masterpiece transformers and JoyToy Warhammer 40K. I have a number of friends who buy other collective toy lines via them for the same reasons. Buy with confidence from Gundamit/ShowZ.

Best discovered place to buy some good collection. Gundams and vast collectible items and on point costumer service

After getting a damaged item, I contacted them and they sent out a new one to me completely free of charge. Customer service is excellent and professional, their selection is great, and the prices can't be beat. Gundamit rocks.
