Gundamit is absolute great an reliable . I made lot of orders. They do arrive. Sometimes slow when shipped by sea. Shipping costs are low. But the most important thing is the perfect miticulous wrapping.

Update 21st November 2023 Today I received my order, a gundam building block model in an well shipped box. Super customer service and way better deals than anything else on AliExpress. I immediately placed my 4th order. Awaiting for the Ashoka ship to arrive. ##### Update 20th November 2023 Today I received an email from the customer support with a helpfull explenation and a shipping update. The order is in transit now. One of three progessing. Additionally, the shop credited me points for the inconveniance. I updated my rating from 1 to 3. The fact, that things are moving after a rating, could be coincidence. However, still waiting for the two others. When they will ship, I do definately agree with the 5 stars Trustworthy reviews. I will keep you updated ###### Ordered on 16. Sept. Shipment notification was quite quick. Now, two months later 16. Nov. allegedly still status package received at the shipment company and zero movement. So I doubt that has been shipped for real. The same is happening for my second order and I was stupid enough to do a third order in trusting gundamit. I am wondering if the reviews here are real.

I was mainly using their sister site (showzstore) until I discovered they had this site. I've been using gundamit for close to 4 years I think and I have made several orders with them, and so far so good. I've not had any trouble with them or my items. The added bonus for a UK buyer is the cheapest UK shipment method is actually 'negatively' priced so it actually comes out cheaper than the listed price! In the past when I've had to contact them (about release dates) they've been responsive and friendly in their replies. They even went out of their way to contact me before they shipped a preorder made the previous year. They contacted me because the address did not match my address, and I confirmed it was a present for someone. It's nice little things like this that give the impression this company cares and is reliable. I've also bought the premium account as the loyality points you save up do balance out the cost. Bear in mind I've bought a fair bit so if you're only picking up one or two items then don't bother. You can still try it since they refund the cost of the premium account if you haven't spent a said amount in the year.

The great customer service is really fast and effective, they always have a solution that is flexible and greatly considers the well-being of the client, it has always been like this and that distinguishes them from other places, I highly recommend them both for their prices, the quality of Their products and service are so effective, both the customer support when making the purchase and after the sale.

Have been buying model kits from there near a year now. Very trustworthy and considerate especially at their packaging standards. They have an enormous catalog of ready to deliver items and everything new pops up really quick in their site. I'm liking the service so much I think I'm hooked :)

I'm a chogokin collector since 2006 and in the past few years most of my purchases have taken place on ShowZStore.com and GundamIt.com. They have lots of products at really competitive prices and I've always found it so good that I've even made a premium account and I must say that I've also saved a lot of money. So far everything has always been fine except for the last shipment where the package was lost. Luckily the support from Gundamit was great and they sent me a new product again at no extra charge. And the second time everything was fine and I can now proudly display my new Mazinkaiser. So I can only say thanks to Gundamit and recommend it to all robot enthusiasts like me who want to get quality products at the right price.

As a model kit collector and builder, Gundamit is an amazing place to shop. The prices are arguably unbeatable, not to mention that they offer free shipping. Buying overseas products usually comes with the caveat of high shipping fees, but here not only is it free but also fast (on average about a week and a half of delivery time since shipping.) Furthermore, the customer service is amazing! I asked about kits that were listed as sold out and they very kindly offered to go straight to the manufacturer for more stock. They also have a discord server where the community and staff themselves can help you out with whatever inquiries you may have. Overall an extremely pleasant experience, if you are a fan of model kits I highly recommend them, try it out!
