Gundamit.comReviews of gundamit.com

I’ve been using Gundamit for a while now, and I have to say their service is top-notch. The website is easy to navigate, and their selection of model kits is impressive. It’s my go-to place for buying most of my kits, and they never disappoint. Shipping is fast and reliable, and the products always arrive in excellent condition. Highly recommended for anyone into model kits!

Great Service and friendly staff! Packages come very well protected and the figures are top tier!

Quick explanation, Basically an RG metal frame was tagged as an MG. I contacted customer service link, easily found next to order details. Explained the issue with picture attached, Was quickly responded to and was informed the proper product will be sent out as soon as possible. Offered to pay for the product I did receive and was told no they would like to give it as a gift. I thought this was pretty cool of them.

Customer service is in another level!, Pulis has made such a great a experience for me, this is my way to go to get third-party and model kits.... rewards programs is so great!

Preordine a solo 1 euro, spedizione gratuita e veloce, ed imballaggio super curato! Esperienza ottima!

Awesome place ordered my Bricks Hulk buster that was shipped via Sea and got in an reasonable amount of time. No issues with the box or parts. Definitely recommend

Ordered a KO Millennium Falcon from them at a great price. Haven't had time to put it together yet, but all the bags appear to be there. Product was also packaged well. Order shipped via sea freight and only took a bit over a month to arrive. Surprisingly tracking info gave me the cargo ship the package was on. You can actual use a website to track ships and you can use this to ensure the package is in transit even though tracking may not update for a couple of weeks.
