I had the best experience! Front office visit to set up my unit was awesome because of your office staff. I was very impressed with how awesome the facility was. I moved in late on a Thursday evening. The door to my unit was in good working order. The facility was well lit. However when I returned on a Sunday. The gate was wide open. There was no one on staff as I would not have expected there to be anyone there. For a gated facility, you expect that the gate would be closed on the weekend. I know that Personally rented with you guys for that reason. Also, with the gate being wide open on a Sunday and you do not need any code for anyone to enter the building thru the sliding glass doors. What is there to stop someone from breaking into a unit? Is this how normally the facility is on a weekend and evenings when no one is at the location?

The only complaint that I have about this facility is that my access code was not properly set up for me to move in my belongings and it took almost 3 hours to get a new code to allow me into the unit. Once tis issue was resolved however it was smooth sailing. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help.

All around great place to store for any length of time. I stored stuff there for over 2 years, without issue or hassle. The only reason I gave them 4/5 stars is that it is a little pricey. That being said, you get what you pay for :-)

I've used their storage units a number of times and the location is perfect for me and the people are very helpful and friendly. I have referred others and they like all that they offer.

So far I don't have complaints. The only thing is that the last time they raised the rent a lot. I don't think I will be able to afford it much longer.

Hi, just want to first put in a 5 star for the property manager, Michael Murphy at the Bridgeville, PA facility. When the elevator in our storage building broke down when we were changing storage locations he was more than accommodating and extremely helpful. He did everything he could to offer help and assistance until the elevator was fixed. However, since this is feedback for corporate, I think for those customers who were directly affected and greatly impacted by no elevator for over 3 months should have been given a major discount for those months, or offered a month free rent for the inconvenience. It took MONTHS to get a functioning elevator to our unit floor. I think Corporate figured it would be too much trouble for disgruntled customers to move. Not a good service move if you want referrals from existing customers!

I have had my items and goods there for several years. i am very happy about the experience there. Only one issue, the elevator, the one farthest from the main gates does seem to have problems. This is the most frustrating issue i have ever had. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.
