I was told that updation of the system will be only 5.00 Dollars more expensive per month, but I am paying 20 dolllars+ taxes., this is a huge let down

I signed up and a couple days later you all cancelled my subscription. I asked why and no one has responded. You keep asking for me to review your service and I haven't had it but for a couple of days. So far I can't rate it. Haven't used it for anything and now have been cancelled. ??????

I am unable to right a review at this time as I have had no problems or contact needed. I am great full I have the security of coverage that is not needed at this time. Asking me to survey you is premature. I have seen reviews and how helpful this company is and that is why I subscribed for coverage.

Lack of communication. For example:I have to ask for the policy in writing nor I was informed if it's in the website. It wasn't clear whether my monthly fees will be automatically deducted every month from my credit card.

Basically just signed up for service. Have not had to use the service yet but the sign up process was quick and easy. I hope I never need the service but it gives me peace of mind to know that if I ever do it’s there!
