Francis Lustre contacted me in response to my response to an Instagram post. He was excellent - not pushy at all, flexible around times, willing, and able to answer any questions. For the follow-up meeting, Francis was prepared and positive. I would highly recommend.

I have not done anything with Guardian life, but Sue Howard has the best energy and is so helpful. She made my day better. Thank you Sue!
