GuardianbikesReviews of guardianbikes.com

The brakes came unassembled. Quite infuriating for a $300 bike that’s foundation is built on its “unique/safe” brake design and “5 min install”. After hours of assembly attempts they offered to cover the cost of proper assembly at a local bike shop. Buyer beware.

Worst customer service I ever met in my life. Every Bike they send is broken. They do not answer you. They don’t answer their emails. You need to wait with the broken bikes a whole summer do not buy from them. Worst company ever.

I ordered the Bike at the end of May. I was not told it was "backordered' until weeks later. I tried multiple times to get a hold of the company to cancel the order and get support. Over a month later they finally cancelled my order and refund is yet to post.

Wrong item on invoice. Had a very difficult time getting it fixed, took weeks. Response time from customer service was horrible. No way to get a hold of a person to help resolve issue. Requested to be called. Ignored. Felt like a was caught in a non giving a crap ai cycle. Wow terrible experience. Just go to Walmart, service way better

This is the same company which has great web site with great pictures of their products which don't reflect actual item you will get. First of all I need to mention that reviews about poor customer service here are 100% true. We were waiting for our nbike for three weeks and we finally got damaged one, shifter is completely broken, handle has scrathes and this was packaged at the factory. So, they just don't care packing clearly damaged bike and shipping it. They don't have a phone number to call in and there is no any chat where you can wait in line. You can only drop them a message. And they say they will reply in up to 4 days. Waiting for two days already for any useful message. Quality of the product. We haven't assembled it yet, but it looks like any other cheap bike you can find out on Amazon or in Walmart, poor painting, cheap parts, nothing special at all. Going to get a refund and buy something much better using the same money.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. I ordered my children bikes April 12, 2026. We receive half the shipment with 20in bike, but the bigger bike has not shipped. Just as other reviews stated customer service is poor. Broken promises on shipping delays and shipping dates. The remainder of my order was supposed to ship today, May 4, 2026. It did not. For the delay, they offered a gift but that doesn’t make up for the fact that it has been almost a month. I could and should have ordered a different one. I’d like to cancel the order since I am not receiving the products. Sad to see so many have issues with cancellations or refunds of their orders as well.

DONT BUY GUARDIAN BIKES. They have awful customer support. They dont send items in the promised timeframe, send bicycles with missing pedals, make you jump through hoops to get a refund after you already hauled everything off to be donated. AND the owner lobbied for 50% tariffs on imported bikes, frames, and ebikes??? Sounds like they want a monopoly on the bicycle industry so we can be forced to pay more for their bicycles. Honestly my kid would have probably been happier with a disney princess bike.

I ordered a bike for my 5-year-old daughter. When it arrived, the tires were deflated and the front wheel was misaligned with the frame. I contacted customer support the same day it was delivered, and I was told my options were to take it to a bike shop for repair or donate it and provide a donation receipt to receive a refund. I don’t believe either of those options is appropriate. I received a defective product, and I should be able to return it in the original packaging and exchange it for a new bike.
