They are quick to respond and will work with you as promised. I had an issue and I was able to resolve it by communicating about it with them via their chat service. I received their response exactly as they claimed. I definitely recommend them!

I bought a 300$ lifetime membership (ALL DOWNLOADS INCLUDED WERE WITH MISSING LINKS!) Support and live chat BLOCKS YOU FROM TEXTING THEM, i asked the refund on paypal but then i CANCELED IT... NOW I have no MEMBERSHIP and they kept my 300$ because they REMOVED the status of Lifetime Membership BEFORE the paypal refund was done. This website scams you. NO SUPPORT, if you try to go in a private tab they answer. You try to speak with your account and they won't asnwer.

This person purchased the Lifetime Membership package, after nearly 1 month of use with thousands of downloaded mods, this person started his fraud by sending a complaint to Paypal to get a refund for the service he paid. use. After we provided specific evidence to Paypal, Paypal decided to win the case on our side and proceeded to disable his account for fraudulent behavior. After that, this person continued to beg us to reopen the account and continued to harass us. This is a lesson for scammers, remember!
