I ordered the 10 million on thursday and I got an email yesterday stating it would be delivered in the time frame on the website but I messed up and forgot to turn off 2 step verification. Now just waiting for them to get to me on the list. Tried contacting support to let them know it was an error on my part, still nothing yet.
