Took way too long and was extremely unprofessional, didn’t give the right amount of cash and didn’t keep me updated throughout the entire process

I payed for 24 hour service that was the 8th today is the 11th n I have yet to receive anything from them. I haven't been able to get ahold of any type of customer service.

The site is legit but is seriously lacking in customer service and courteousness. Bottom line they take your money upfront, miss the deadline, and then either blame you or whine about the fact that they have lives and families etc. If the customer was late on paying them they would grow just as impatient. If you order a pizza and its late, no one wants to hear how busy it is, either deliver or refund. They are very immature in that regard. The site is based on servicing gamers so one shouldn't expect that they'd have much of grasp on reality. Overall, you will eventually get what you pay for. I can almost guarantee that it would be late. Communication between gta modz and customers is handled through Discord. If a complaintant leaves an unfavorable comment, they delete it. The time it takes to answer most questions is also a long wait. Lasty, they are picky about who they respond to. I'm monitoring their behavior through an anonymous account. If this type of behavior ensues, I will report them to Rockstar. Business is a mutual agreement that warrants a level of appreciation between both parties. Note to GTA-Modz, Respect ALL of your customers or close your business. Its just that simple. I've built great rapport with Rockstar Games and will report you.

I was not sure of this site at first I was scared. But I'm glad I didn't follow my gut instinct and took a chance and the people are very helpful and make out feel assured.
