The saleslady was very helpful, ordered samples for us to look at. We decided to go with engineered hardwood rather than tile.

Sorry we weren't able to come together for this project, but hopefully you will come see us for any future renovations. You can also check out our website with our new Wood Flooring line that we now carry besides all the beautiful tile and stone. www.gstile.com

My sales rep , Maria Santos is awesome. Shipping from the warehouse this time was NOT. TOOOOOOO much broken material and a hassle to get credit from corporate.
Response from Garden State TileJul 30, 2018
Glad that you were happy with Maria, but sorry that you had some damage on your delivery. I will reach out to the manager of the location to ensure that all of your credit is being processed. You can also reach me directly with any concerns or questions @ [email protected] and I would be happy to assist.

Once we were helped by someone everything went smoothly. We were very satisfied with service. Our first time visit though we had so seek someone out to help us. In fact the first time we went to the store we entered walked around and left without anyone so much as saying a word to us. No one greets anyone walking through the door. Your pretty much on your own to find someone to help you.

We apologize that you were not greeted immediately upon entering our showroom. We strive to acknowledge every customer as soon as they come into our "home". We will address this with all of our locations again to make sure we are meeting these expectations. We are happy to hear that you were satisfied once you were able to get what you needed. Please make sure to visit us again so we can improve on your first impression.

Nice team - the ladies we worked with were very knowledgeable and connected us with a good selection of contractors as well.

Overall the customer service was good. There was a little time delay when we were trying to get edge tiles, and marble/onyx slabs.

So happy to hear that you received excellent customer service. We apologize for any confusion on ETA for the bullnose. Is it possible to contact me to clarify the issue you had with the slab information as we do not carry that type of product. My email address is [email protected]

Great service, reasonable prices, beautiful tile. Only downside was an unexpected delivery fee that wasn't included in the quote. And the tile isn't delivered to your house, you still have to pick it up at the store.
Response from Garden State TileMar 1, 2018
We apologize for any miscommunication about the additional delivery fee. Unfortunately on some of the items that we do not stock, there is a freight charge to get the material to our warehouse. We will make sure to communicate that moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to send your review, we appreciate your business.
