Jennifer will be thrilled to hear how happy you were with everything. We also love that you mentioned our delivery man and will make sure that we pass that along to our Logistics Manager.

The garden state team was extremely helpful in beating competitor pricing and quick to resolve an issue we had with our travertine. Excellent customer service

Amanda Klein at the Philadelphia location was a wonderful consultant who really took the time to help me find the type of tile that I was looking for (which was rather specific) and everything was of great quality. Not only did she find the tile I had in mind but was able to offer customized options. While I ended up choosing a different company due to budgetary restrictions, she was patient while I made the decision and was sure to check up on my project. I appreciated all of her input and would definitely recommend her and this company to others. Thank you!

I purchased glass mosaic tile from the Bethlehem, PA location for my kitchen backsplash. Tami was very personable and accommodating. The showroom was bright and spacious with a good selection- far superior in variety and quality to what you would find in a local Big Box store. I was permitted to take a sample home on multiple occasions so that I would be certain to make the right choice, matching with paint and stone counter tops, etc. What stands out most is the customer support at Garden State Tile. They can recommend skilled professionals to install your new tile and they genuinely care about the satisfaction of the customer before, during and after the purchase and will do whatever is required so that you will be pleased to shop with them, something that is quite rare today and non-existent at the previously mentioned stores.
