Company is a wreck
The sale clerk was awesome. However, the company's ability to track the orders and get the supplies in on time is a wreck!!!! Customer service dealing with lost orders is also in shambles. Told when they find it they'll let me know. What happens if they never find it? Wasted valuable time, they should have reordered as soon as they knew there was a problem. Never did use the grout, went somewhere else!!!!
